The holiday home is located in the small village of Quintana with only 140 inhabitants at the foot of the Sierra Cuera in the Picos de Europa, ideal for relaxing and enjoying with the family, children and pets. In the village there is a small river and a wooded area as well as a 9-hole golf course. The roads are asphalted, but no two cars can fit side by side on the carriageway, but traffic is also very light.
The south-facing village house is situated on a 1100 m2 plot enclosed by walls and wire mesh fencing and can accommodate up to six people spread over one floor. It has three bedrooms, two of which have two single beds and the other a double bed, each with a wardrobe. The bathroom is equipped with a bathtub, bidet, washbasin, toilet and hairdryer. The kitchen is fully equipped with hob, oven, coffee machine, microwave, toaster, blender, cutlery and crockery. The living room has a TV, a three-seater sofa and two armchairs.
The south-facing veranda offers a wonderful mountain view. The garden has garden furniture, a barbecue and fruit trees. You can enjoy the barbecue in the lounge on the lower floor.
Two car parking spaces are available on the property. Firewood for barbecues is free of charge.
Shops, pubs, doctors and banks are all within a kilometre of the property. The house is adjacent to the golf course and is three kilometres from the beaches and seven kilometres from Llanes.
