Experience a place full of history and modern comforts in this unique holiday home, where farmers once delivered their freshly milked milk in churns. The loving restoration emphasises the old building fabric without losing any of its original charm. This unique domicile promises an unforgettable break from everyday life.
Inside the house, three floors await you, connected by small staircases that have been faithfully restored and give the house its original character. However, these stairs are only partially suitable for people with restricted mobility. The middle floor serves as a cosy living room, equipped with a radio, digital satellite TV and a pull-out double sofa, which invites you to relax on rainy days. Numerous books provide additional entertainment. The kitchen in the lower area is fully equipped and ideal for self-catering, adjacent to which you will find the bathroom with WC and shower. A cosy bedroom with a double bed measuring 2m x 2m awaits you under the sloping ceilings, inviting you to relax.
The outdoor area of the holiday home is equally impressive. It is situated on a 1600 square metre plot at the entrance to the village, which is completely fenced in with hedges and divided into several levels. Guests enjoy their own area with plenty of space, two cosy seating areas, a barbecue and a large lawn for relaxing and playing. The property offers enough space to store your car, bicycles or canoes.
The area around Sellin, a region between the Baltic Sea, Lake Sellin and a beech forest, is a real tourist magnet with a wide range of cycling and hiking trails, its own sailing harbour and a wealth of leisure and cultural events. Information material on the various activities and events can be found directly in the house.
