Holiday home on the front line of the famous Playa de la Arena beach with sea view and communal swimming pool. On the same floor there is a large solarium with spectacular views and a shower for sunbathing. The communal swimming pool is very spacious, as well as the solarium with free sunbeds. Just across the street there is a beautiful beach with fine, black volcanic sand and a long promenade. In the immediate vicinity you will also find a multitude of small shops, restaurants and bars. Puerto de Santiago is a small tourist village on the coast, which is not yet overcrowded, but has all the necessary infrastructure. If you are not only looking for a sun and beach holiday, you will also find a wide variety of sea and land excursions and nature and hiking lovers will also find the nearby Teno Massif with the famous Barranco de Masca. Due to its south-western location, it has the best and warmest climate on the island all year round.


The celebration of events and parties is expressly forbidden, as well as the access of people outside the reserve. It is also requested to respect the rest of the neighbours, not making noise after 22.00 h.
