Dream chalet with a heated pool (at an additional charge) in an absolutely tranquil setting with sea and Teide views.
An ideal place for families or groups of friends, offering approximately 3,000 m2 of ample space for entertainment for children and adults.
Besides the year-round pool, treated ecologically with salt chlorination, younger guests can enjoy a trampoline in the garden, a ping pong table, and a basketball hoop in the backyard, ensuring plenty of entertainment.
Meanwhile, adults can enjoy the barbecue area equipped with a full kitchen.
Outside, there is also a bathroom with a shower.
The chalet is decorated and furnished in a rustic style and features a cozy living-dining room, a fully equipped kitchen, a master bedroom with a comfortable double bed, 2 bedrooms with 2 single beds, and a bathroom with a shower.
All rooms in the house have individual heating, so responsible use is requested, caring for the environment.
The spacious front porch is furnished with garden seating and a large dining table, guaranteeing many hours of outdoor relaxation and enjoyment.
The car can also be parked in the ample patio.
The property is planted with all kinds of fruits that our guests can taste and pick for their own use, such as oranges, tangerines, lemons, avocados, apples, peaches, guavas, etc. It is an ideal place for hiking lovers, beach lovers, or simply nature lovers who prefer a relaxing holiday away from large, overcrowded tourist centers. The holding of events and parties, as well as access by persons not included in the booking, is expressly prohibited.
We also ask you to respect the rest of the neighbors by not making noise after 10:00 PM. Groups of young people under 20 years of age are not permitted. A38-4-0087977
