Fantastic holiday home on the beachfront of Playa San Marcos, a small and picturesque seaside neighbourhood in Icod de los Vinos. Cosy and comfortable, it is ideal for families and a maximum occupancy of four people. The building is located in a cul-de-sac and has two entrances. One from the rear, where there are numerous parking spaces, a small park and another access directly to the beach promenade, where there are several bars and restaurants. The beach is in front of the building and the access is across the street. The flat is comfortable and has a living-dining room with two sofas convertible into single beds, an integrated and fully equipped kitchen, a bedroom with double bed and a bathroom with shower. It is a perfect holiday home for a quiet holiday, far away from the crowded tourist centres. Bars, restaurants and a supermarket are nearby. The centre of the famous village of Icod de los Vinos with the ancient dragon tree, numerous museums, restaurants and shopping areas is only 2 km away. Nature lovers and hikers will find a multitude of hiking trails and what should not be missed is an excursion to the longest volcanic cave in Europe, the Cueva del Viento, which is only 3 km from the flat.


The celebration of events and parties is expressly forbidden, as well as the access of people outside the reservation. It is also requested to respect the rest of the neighbours, not making noise from 22.00 h onwards.

Groups of young people under 20 years of age are not allowed.
