The villa is located in a very quiet residential area called "Puntillo del Sol" and has stunning views to the Atlantic Ocean and the Teide. Particularly noteworthy are the many terraces for year-round enjoyment, an 8.00 m x 4.00 m heated swimming pool (surcharge of 15 €/day) and a garden with lawn and many tropical plants and fruit trees, such as mangoes, avocados, papayas, bananas, etc., which our guests can harvest for their own use. At the back of the garden there is also a terrace with barbecue, from which you also have a wonderful view of the sea. The accommodation comprises a spacious, completely renovated living-dining room with fireplace and Smart- and SAT-TV (mostly German channels), a separate, fully equipped kitchen with access to a second dining room leading to the back garden, a master bedroom with 2 single beds, a bedroom with a double bed, another double bedroom, a completely renovated shower room and a complete bathroom. An extra bed is available for an extra child and if necessary, a cot and high chair as well. An ideal holiday home for individual travellers who wish to spend their holidays away from the mass tourism resorts, in a year-round warm climate zone.

The celebration of events and parties is expressly forbidden, as well as the access of people outside the reserve. It is also requested to respect the rest of the neighbours, not making noise after 22.00 h.

Groups of young people under 25 years of age are not allowed.
