The villa is located in a very quiet residential area called “Puntillo del Sol” and offers impressive views of the Atlantic Ocean and Mount Teide.
Of particular note are the multiple terraces for year-round enjoyment, a heated pool measuring 8.00m x 4.00m (with a supplement of €15/day), and a garden with a lawn and numerous tropical plants and fruit trees, such as mango, avocado, papaya, banana, etc., which our guests are welcome to harvest for their own use.
In the rear garden area, there is also a terrace with a barbecue, from which you also have a wonderful sea view.
The house features a spacious, fully renovated living/dining room with a fireplace and Smart- and SAT-TV (mostly German channels), a separate, fully equipped kitchen with access to a second dining room overlooking the back garden, a master bedroom with 2 single beds, a bedroom with a double bed, another double bedroom, a fully renovated en-suite shower room, and a full bathroom.
An extra bed is available for an additional child, and if needed, a crib and high chair are also provided.
An ideal holiday home for individual travelers wishing to spend their holidays away from mass tourism centers, in a warm climate zone all year round.
Holding events and parties, as well as access for persons not included in the booking, is expressly prohibited.
Please also respect the neighbors' peace and quiet by refraining from making noise after 10:00 PM.
Groups of young people under 25 years of age are not permitted.

De tuin
De bedden en matrassen zijn oud en versleten.
De inrichting is verouderd en ruikt muf.
De handdoeken roken niet fris.
Het koffiezetapparaat deed het niet. Deze zou vervangen worden en is niet gebeurd.
Het zou een kindvriendelijk huis zijn, echter is er geen hekje voor het zwembad. Staan overal muizen vallen, mieren lokdozen etc.
Het zwembad lijkt op de foto’s erg groot. Dit is niet het geval.

Der Garten wie immer sehr gepflegt und attraktiv, Küche, Wohn- essbereich perfekt, ebenso eins der drei Schlafzimmer
das ältere Bad sollte erneuert werden, insbesondere die in die Jahre gekommenen Massivholzmöbel
