You can't live closer to the sea! The house is unique and has a dreamlike terrace, heated swimming pool and private and direct access to the natural pools in front of the property. The views to the Atlantic, the coast and on clear days to the island of Gran Canaria are breathtaking. The small village beach is only 100 metres away.

Despite the fact that the villa adjoins another house, it enjoys total and absolute privacy, both inside and outside. Access is via a front terrace which leads through a small corridor to the kitchen, which is fully equipped including dishwasher and the spacious living/dining room. On the same floor there are also 2 bedrooms with sea views and double beds, a bedroom with 2 single beds, a laundry room and a complete bathroom with shower. From a huge terrace overlooking the sea, equipped with sun loungers and a large dining table, a staircase leads to the lower terrace, where you will find the heated swimming pool (supplement 15 €/day) and an additional large bedroom with double bed. Access to the second bathroom with shower is via the terrace. Both terraces also have direct and private access to the sea and the small natural pools suitable for swimming.

The small coastal village of El Tablado is very quiet and has a local atmosphere. It has a small supermarket and a bar where you can taste the homemade Canarian gastronomy. The climate is pleasant and warm all year round, due to the south-eastern location and the proximity to the sea.

It is a unique holiday home, perfect for individual travellers who wish to experience their holidays away from mass tourism and on the seafront.

It is expressly forbidden to hold events and parties, as well as the access of people outside the reservation. It is also requested to respect the rest of the neighbours, not making noise after 22.00 h.

Groups of young people over 25 years of age are not allowed.
