You can't live any closer to the sea! The house is unique and features a dream terrace, a heated pool, and private, direct access to the natural tidal pools in front of the property.
The views of the Atlantic, the coast, and on clear days, the island of Gran Canaria are breathtaking.
The small village beach is just 100 meters away. Despite the villa bordering another identical house, it enjoys complete and absolute privacy, both indoors and outdoors.
Access is through a front terrace that leads through a small hallway to the fully equipped kitchen, complete with a dishwasher, and the spacious living-dining room.
On the same floor, there are also 2 bedrooms with sea views and double beds, one bedroom with 2 single beds, a laundry room, and a full bathroom with a shower.
From a huge sea-facing terrace equipped with sun loungers and a large dining table, stairs lead down to the lower terrace where the heated pool is located (supplement of €15/day) and a large additional bedroom with a double bed. Access to the second bathroom with a shower is via the terrace.
Both terraces also offer direct, private access to the sea and the small, swimmable natural tidal pools. The small coastal village of El Tablado is very quiet and has a local atmosphere.
It has a small supermarket and a bar where you can enjoy homemade Canarian cuisine.
The climate is pleasant and mild year-round, due to its southeast location and proximity to the sea. This is a unique holiday home, perfect for individual travelers who want to experience their vacation away from mass tourism and right on the seafront. What an amazing villa in a stunning location. Wake up every morning to a stunning sunrise from the balcony, overlooking the sea. It sits on the edge of the sea and at times it feels like you’re on a luxury cruise liner. The villa is very comfortable, with all amenities included. Wonderful heated pool and comfy sofas make for a very relaxing stay. Can’t wait to come back next year.
Some might say it’s a little off the beaten track. You certainly need a car, but that’s a benefit in our books.
It was really a great place, right on the beach, spacious and clean

Seit 5 Jahren kommen wir ins Coastal Dream, es ist unser zweites Zuhause. Wir lieben das Haus, das Fischerdorf, die Ruhe und die Lage.
Das Haus wird sehr gut unterhalten und sauber. Ist etwas nicht in Ordnung (was sehr selten vorkommt), wird es innerhalb eines Tages behoben.
