The holiday home is located in Alcalá, one of the few coastal villages in the south of the island with a local atmosphere. Due to its south-western location it offers the best climate, sunny and warm all year round. Beach and water sports enthusiasts will find the old bathing jetty just a few metres from the house, or the small beach next to the village square, where on Mondays there is a picturesque street market. Here you will find everything from clothes to fresh local fruit and vegetables. The square is also surrounded by many bars and restaurants with terraces to enjoy the local gastronomy. The flat is easily found in a corner building next to the quayside. The most striking feature is the view of the Atlantic and the island of La Gomera from the small balcony where you can watch the spectacular sunsets. Furthermore, there is a bright master bedroom with a comfortable double bed (1,80 x 2,00 m), another bedroom with 2 single beds, a fully equipped kitchen, which is integrated in the living room and the dining-living room. All rooms, except the bathroom with shower, are facing the sea.

It is an ideal property for individualists who are looking for relaxation away from mass tourism, without sacrificing the guarantee of sun and sea. Hiking enthusiasts will also find many interesting routes to discover nearby.

The celebration of events and parties is expressly prohibited, as is the access of people from outside the reserve. It is also requested to respect the rest of the neighbours, not making noise after 10.00 pm.

Groups of young people under 20 years of age are not allowed.
