The bungalow is located in a very quiet residential area and only 100 m from the beach, the promenade, the supermarket, bars and restaurants. The private swimming pool (with a diameter of approximately 8 m), the various terraces with outdoor dining area, a Balinese bed, ping pong area and garden areas are all available for the exclusive use of our guests. Everything is available for the exclusive use of our guests, where they will undoubtedly spend most of their time, as the warm climate in the south all year round allows it. The bungalow is relatively small, but is equipped with everything necessary to ensure a comfortable stay for up to 3 people. From the terrace you enter the living-dining room with sofa bed, where the kitchen is also integrated. A spacious and bright master bedroom with double bed and large windows overlooking the garden. There is also a recently renovated bathroom with shower. The bungalow is an extension of a large villa, but enjoys absolute privacy outside and has a separate entrance from the street. It is an ideal place for individual travellers looking for a quiet and relaxing holiday away from the tourist centres.

The celebration of events and parties is expressly prohibited, as is the access of people outside the reserve. It is also requested to respect the rest of the neighbours, not making noise after 22.00 h.
