Dream finca just a 5-minute drive from Alcalá. This holiday home is located on a hill amidst banana plantations.
It features a terrace that gives you the feeling of being on a balcony overlooking the sea. Absolute privacy is guaranteed in the huge pool area, and the views of the Atlantic Ocean and the neighboring island of La Gomera are breathtaking.
The holiday home is suitable for those seeking peace as well as families with small children who will find rest, as the little ones will find plenty of space to play on the enormous finca.
Three shaded parking spaces are also available for our guests.
A visit to the promenade of Alcalá with its small sandy coves and natural sea pools is worthwhile, both for sunbathing and for long afternoon walks.
The 120m² are divided into a spacious living room and a fully equipped kitchen, both with access to the pool area.
The master bedroom with an en-suite bathroom and the other two bedrooms with single beds provide enough space for 5 people.
Another bathroom is located in the living area.
An outdoor barbecue offers additional leisure time and sunsets towards La Gomera. Pool heating is available for an additional charge of €15/day. The holding of events and parties, as well as the access of persons not included in the reservation, are expressly prohibited.

Ein weiter Blick über Plantagen und Alcala bis nach Gomera, komplette und moderne Ausstattung (Waschmaschine, Geschirrspüler, Herd, Backofen, Mikrowelle, TK-Truhe, Grill), ein sauberer schöner Pool, Parkplatz direkt vor der Tür - es blieben keine Wünsche offen. Sogar ein "Startpäckchen" mit Waschmitteln lag bereit.

Die Aussichten von der Terrasse über das Meer auf Gomera und La Palma sind absolut Klasse. In der gut ausgestatteten Küche macht das Kochen Spaß. Nach dem Essen laden die Liegen auf der Terrasse zum Genießen bei einem Mokka oder einem Tee in der ruhigen Umgebung ein. Die deutschen Fernsehprogramme werden störungsfrei auf dem 32´ TV im Wohnzimmer empfangen. Der Pool war sauber und gepflegt.

Absolutely fantastic villa. Clean, everything you could need and a stunning view of the sea and mountains. Heated pool was amazing and meant the kids could spend hours in it. Couldn't recommend it more highly
