Dreamlike finca only 5 minutes by car from Alcalá. On a hill in the middle of Plataneras you find this holiday home. With a terrace where one has the feeling of being on a balcony overlooking the sea. Absolute privacy in the huge pool area is guaranteed, the view to the Atlantic Ocean and the neighbouring island of La Gomera are breathtaking. The holiday home is as well for peace seekers as for families with small children, who will find relaxation, as the little ones will find plenty of space to play in the huge finca. Three parking spaces are also available for our guests. The promenade of Alcalá with its small sandy coves and natural sea water pools is worth a visit, both for sunbathing and for long walks in the afternoon. The 120m2 are divided into a spacious living room and a fully equipped kitchen, both with access to the pool area. The master bedroom with en-suite bathroom and the other two bedrooms with two single beds, allow enough space for 6 persons. Another bathroom is located in the living room. An outdoor barbecue offers additional leisure time and sunsets towards La Gomera.

The heating of the pool has a surcharge of 15 €/day.

It is expressly forbidden to hold events and parties, as well as the access of people outside the reservation. It is also requested to respect the rest of the neighbours, not making noise after 22.00 h.

Groups of young people under 25 years of age are not allowed.
