Fantastic Studio in front line of the San Marcos Beach totally refurbished and for two persons. The building is located in a cul-de-sac and has access from the back of the building, where there are numerous parking spaces and a small park and another access directly to the beach promenade with numerous bars and restaurants. The beach is just across the street. The studio is cosy and has a large living-bedroom separated by a screen from the living and dining area. The kitchen is small but fully equipped. The bathroom with shower has also been recently renovated. It is a perfect accommodation for a quiet holiday, away from the crowded tourist centres. Bars, restaurants and a supermarket are nearby. The centre of the famous village of Icod de los Vinos with the ancient dragon tree, numerous museums, restaurants and shopping areas is only 2 km away. Nature lovers and hikers will find a multitude of hiking trails and a visit to the longest volcanic cave in Europe, the Cueva del Viento, which is only 3 km from the studio, is not to be missed.


The celebration of events and parties is expressly forbidden, as well as the access of people outside the reserve. It is also requested to respect the rest of the neighbours, not making noise after 22.00 h.

Groups of young people under 20 years of age are not allowed.
