Wonderful finca with breathtaking views of the Atlantic and Teide National Park, meticulously cared for and perfected by its owners down to the last detail.
The gardens surrounding the house, as well as the terraces and pool area, guarantee a fantastic vacation for families or friends.
Furthermore, the finca is planted with a multitude of tropical and Mediterranean fruit trees, such as papayas, mangoes, avocados, plum trees, apple trees, etc., from which our guests can help themselves for daily personal use. There is even a play corner for children to entertain themselves and a large lower terrace where they can run safely.
Adults have their own leisure area at the entrance of the house, a covered area with a supplementary kitchen, barbecue, dining area, a charming bar, a pool table, another dining area at the entrance of the house, etc., for enjoyment throughout the year. The house is spacious, very bright, and has been completely renovated with fine woods, great taste, and care.
It has 3 bedrooms, one master and 2 singles, and an extra bed for a fifth person if needed.
The living room is very cozy and has satellite television and a fireplace for the few cold days of the year, but firewood is not included in the rental.
The dining and kitchen area appears inspired by Lanzarote architecture, particularly that of the artist César Manrique.
The bathroom is also new, spacious, and bright, and in addition to a shower, it has a hydromassage bathtub.
The house also offers internet service via a WIFI connection. The pool area is the most striking part of the property with its spectacular views of the sea and Teide.
It is fully furnished with sun loungers, umbrellas, a dining area, and an outdoor shower, ensuring many hours of relaxation and recreation. Despite being in a rural setting with access via a paved track, the distance to the center of Icod de los Vinos is only 15 minutes, where you will find multiple attractions such as its historic center, shopping areas, and a wide variety of bars and restaurants for all tastes.
The nearest beach is Playa San Marcos and it is only approximately 15 minutes away by car. The finca is rented in its entirety for exclusive use and enjoyment.
It is recommended for anyone seeking tranquility and valuing nature, away from tourist centers and crowds.
Hiking enthusiasts will find various trails starting very close to the finca. The celebration of events and parties is expressly prohibited, as is the access of persons not included in the reservation.
We also kindly request that you respect the rest of the neighbors by not making noise after 10:00 PM. Groups of young people under 20 years of age are not allowed. VV-38-4-0001411

The place is very beautiful and well positioned to ensure plenty of privacy. Clean, spacious, quiet, lovely bbq area, nice pool and garden, and just a beautiful area with nice people. The roads are very bendy and quite different to what we're used to in the UK, and even the navigator gets confused a...
The internet is not great and it doesn't seem to work at all in the kitchen. The hot water is in short supply and would have been good to know because my partner and I like showering together and we ran out of hot water. We had to shower in turns and wait a few hours before the other one could go in...
