Wonderful finca with breathtaking views of the Atlantic Ocean and the Teide National Park, cared for and pampered by its owners down to the last detail. The gardens surrounding the house, as well as the terraces and the pool area, guarantee the enjoyment of a fantastic holiday with family or friends. In addition, the estate is planted with a multitude of tropical and Mediterranean fruit trees, such as papayas, mangoes, avocados, plums, apple trees, etc., which our guests can use for their daily and personal use. Even for the children there is a play corner to keep them entertained and a large lower terrace where they can run around safely. Adults have their own leisure area at the entrance of the house, a roofed area with additional kitchen, barbecue, dining room, a nice bar, a pool table, another dining area at the entrance of the house, etc. to enjoy all year round.

The house is spacious, very luminous and totally renovated with noble woods, a lot of taste and care. It has 3 bedrooms, one main bedroom and 2 singles and an extra bed for a fifth person if necessary. The living room is very cosy and has satellite TV and a fireplace for the few cold days of the year, but firewood is not included in the rent. The dining and kitchen area seems to be inspired by Lanzarote architecture, especially that of the artist César Manrique. The bathroom is also new, spacious and bright and has a shower and a whirlpool bathtub. The house also has internet access via a WIFI line.

The pool area is the most striking part of the property due to its spectacular views of the sea and the Teide. It is fully furnished with sunbeds, sunshades, a dining area and an outdoor shower and guarantees many hours of relaxation and recreation.

Despite being in a rural environment with access via a cemented track, the distance to the centre of Icod de los Vinos is only 15 minutes, where you will find many attractions such as its historic centre, its shopping areas or a wide variety of bars and restaurants to suit all tastes. The nearest beach is Playa San Marcos and is only about 15 minutes away by car.

The finca is rented as a whole, for exclusive use and enjoyment. It is recommended for anyone who is looking for peace and quiet and values nature, far away from the tourist centres and tourist crowds. Hiking enthusiasts will find several routes that start very close to the finca.

The celebration of events and parties is expressly forbidden, as well as the access of people from outside the reserve. It is also requested to respect the rest of the neighbours, not making noise after 22.00 h.

Groups of young people under 20 years of age are not allowed.
