Two large holiday flats with garden, in an idyllic location directly on the River Ellé, not far from the historic centre of Quimperlé
This former 19th century mill stands on a 1500 m² enclosed property directly on the River Ellé. The historic centre of Quimperlé with its shops is about one kilometre away. The building has been lovingly restored and houses two exceptional holiday flats, which can be reached via a footbridge. Holidaymakers will find an oasis of peace in this idyllic setting.
The garden offers many secluded spots. Guests can relax on the barbecue, garden furniture and sun loungers. Have fun playing table tennis or table football. The property is secured by an automatic gate with a code. Parking spaces are available.
Canoeing on the river is a popular leisure sport. A canoe and kayak club is located 300 metres from the house. Introductory courses are offered there, also for children. Of course, there are also bathing spots and fishing opportunities. Numerous hiking trails, such as the famous GR 34 or the Way of St James, are nearby. The famous beaches of Pouldou can be reached in 15 minutes by car.
Some canoes and a pedal boat are available for you to explore the area closer to the water. The use of the canoes is your sole responsibility. Life jackets and paddles are provided.
The flat is on the first floor and offers 110 m² of space for up to nine people. From all rooms you have a beautiful, unobstructed view of the river. The living room has a seating area by the fireplace with a sofa bed for two people (140 cm) and two armchairs. The kitchen is fully equipped and there is a large dining table. The four bedrooms all have parquet floors made of chestnut and pine wood. All beds have a slatted frame and a mattress cover. Two bedrooms each have a double bed (140 and 160 cm). The third room has two single beds (90 cm) and the fourth has another single bed (90 cm). The first bathroom has a bath/shower, two washbasins and WC. The second has a washbasin, a shower and a WC. There is also a second, separate toilet.
The flat has its own 400 m² garden, a covered barbecue, garden furniture and sun loungers.
