Rated 3 stars by Gîtes de France. At the second level of a small 3 levels building with lift , in a quiet area near the commercial center of Tournamy à 150m ( see details here under) ; just below the historic Village of Mougins( 900 m) between sea and mountain. A8 motorway at 700m, palm Bus to Cannes.
This apartment can accommodate 3 adults and 2 children , total 5 people ; total area: 54 m²,south balcony, Available for vacation rentals all year round •1 common square room, air-conditioned, 22 m², with French and foreign TV channels plus Netflix, and Disney+ , WIFI , communicating by a sliding Bay window with South balcony. A pedestrian crossing from the Paradisier building gives direct access to the central square at 100/150 m.
Furthermore, the Tournamy avenue itself has been completely redesigned, with a central lane for the frequent buses serving Cannes , Grasse and Sophia -Antipolis, wide sidewalks, cycle paths and plantations.
