This holiday house is in the south of France at Saint Cyprien Plage, about 30 kilometres from the Spanish border at the foot of the Pyrenees, on a quiet residential estate. The beach is about 500 metres away.
The 68m² terraced house is comfortably furnished and has three bedrooms, one with a double bed (180cm wide), one with a kingsize bed (160cm wide) and one with two single beds (90cm wide). The generous kitchen is equipped with an oven, a stove, a fridge with a freezer compartment, a filter coffee machine, a dishwasher, a toaster, a kettle and an espresso pot. The semi-open kitchen adjoins the living and dining room with a bench and chairs, as well as a sofa and an armchair, satellite TV Astra), a DVD player, a stereo system, a telephone, a fan and a fireplace. The owner can provide firewood for the fireplace. The bathroom refurbished in 2016 has a large shower, a washbasin and a hairdryer. The toilet is in the guest WC. A portable electric radiator can be set up if required. Wireless Internet access (20Mbit) is available in all the rooms and can be used free of charge.
The south-facing terrace in front of the house is ideal for relaxing and enjoying the sun. The terrace behind the house can be used on hot days or for drying laundry. It has garden furniture and a grill. The garden is fully fenced and is therefore suitable for dogs to run around. A private parking space can be used free of charge. A maximum of one pet is allowed free of charge.
The centre of Saint Cyprien Plage is formed by the enormous harbour with more than 4000 moorings, many restaurants and boutiques. It is about 350 metres to a little supermarket and a butcher. The nearest bakery is about 400 metres away, so easy to get to for fresh bread rolls and original French croissants for breakfast in the morning. Water sports enthusiasts will enjoy it here. You can go surfing, paragliding, jet-skiing or book a catamaran tour right on the doorstep. If the weather is inclement, you can visit the swimming pool four kilometres away.

Bis auf Kleinigkeiten hat hier alles gut geklappt. Es ist ruhig und gemütlich. Der Weg zum Strand ist kurz. Gegen kleine Plagegeister braucht man Spray

Kein typisches Ferienhaus, sondern "da hat jemand sein selbstgenutzes, gut ausgestattetes Eigenheim" an Gäste vermietet. z. B. mit Vollausstattung Küche mit Werkzeug in bester Qualität, technische Vollausstattung mit deutschem TV und WLan. Tische und Stühle vor und hinter dem Haus usw. usw. Unbeding...
