Centrally Located Lovely holiday house in La Marina near all Amenities. With WIFI, Sat TV & Aircon
This beautiful casa is centrally situated in the popular La Marina urbanisation. Only a short 5 minute walk to the square with lots of quality restaurants, bars, take-aways and supermarkets. Close to some of the longest stretches of beautiful sandy beaches which run from Santa Pola to Guardamar.The following description is a first draft, which is still awaiting revision. There is a covered terraced area for anyone who need a rest from the sun and to the rear of the villa is a BBQ and seating area for al fresco dining.
The spacious detached villa is set on a large corner plot, with surrounding walls for privacy. The villa has two kitchens and two lounges. There is a sofa bed in the ground floor lounge that will accommodate an extra two people if required to bring the occupancy up to 8 people.
The Casa is ideal for both its close proximity to Alicante airport, and because La Marina Urbanisation has a good mix of locals and expats from all over the world. It is so close to all the nice restaurants and bars. Only a five minute walk, yet the house is in a quiet residential street - so you can sleep at night!
The central location means you can walk to two local water parks in just 13 minutes. The lovely clean sandy La Marina beach is only a 5 minute drive away. La Marina is close to the N322, which is the main coastal road in Costa Blanca which you can go north to places like Benidorm or Denia or south to Guardamar & La Zenia.
