This spacious holiday home is located five kilometres from Uzès in the middle of nature.
There are sun loungers and garden furniture with two tables outside by the pool. There is a WC and a barbecue in the pool house. There is a clothes horse in the garage and another one outside. The enclosed garden is safe for children to play in and also for any animals you may have brought with you. You can enjoy a wonderful swim in the pool surrounded by olive trees, flowers and vines. The pool is usually open from mid-March to mid-October. The country house has a 5000 m², fully enclosed garden where you can pick fruit from the orchard free of charge (grapes, apricots, figs, tomatoes).
The house with 150 m² of living space has been completely renovated so that beams and stones are visible. All rooms are south-facing, only the bathrooms and the W.C. are north-facing. On the ground floor is the very bright living room with its two openings to the outside. It is furnished with a three-seater sofa and two armchairs. To the right is the fireplace, followed by the TV corner with international channels (German), the shelf with the stereo system and the wooden staircase leading upstairs. To the right is the well-equipped kitchen with its large table and all the necessary electrical appliances (fridge with freezer compartment, microwave, dishwasher, three-burner gas hob plus an electric hob, the large electric oven, coffee machine, kettle, toaster). To the right of the kitchen is a bedroom with a 140 cm bed, then the bathroom with shower, WC and washing machine. There are three further bedrooms on the upper floor. One bedroom has a 160 cm bed and a spacious wardrobe with shelves and clothes rail. It opens onto a balcony furnished with two chairs and a table. The other two bedrooms each have two 90 cm beds. One of them has a large wardrobe with shelves. There is a wardrobe in the hallway for the other bedroom. The bathroom is equipped with a bathtub. The WC is separate.
You can discover the surrounding heathland on the hiking and mountain biking trails in the vicinity of the house. In the village there are numerous shops, bars, grocery shops, restaurants and bakeries that are open daily.
