A very large holiday villa close to the beach, consisting of four holiday flats. The fully equipped flats can be booked individually or combined, making them ideal for a holiday for two, with the family or with up to 18 guests. The holiday villa, newly renovated in 2016, is located in the popular seaside resort of Paguera, in the south-west of the island and just a five-minute walk from the fine, gently sloping sandy beach. Despite its proximity to the shops, the generously proportioned house is very quiet and surrounded by greenery. Sports groups are very welcome.
The comfortable and well-kept holiday property extends over a fully air-conditioned and heated living space of 450 m². Both the bright and modern furnishings as well as the high rooms combined with the charm of an art nouveau villa give guests a pleasant feeling of well-being. The entire house, atraveo no. 1171343, has six bedrooms, four cosy living rooms with additional sofa beds, four kitchens and six bathrooms. The largest holiday flat, atraveo no. 1193993, is located on the ground floor, covers 135 m² and is suitable for up to eight people with three separate bedrooms. The holiday flat atraveo no. 1193995 (1st floor) and the holiday flat atraveo no. 1193996 (ground floor) each welcome up to three people on 40 m² with a double room. The holiday flat atraveo no. 1193999 welcomes up to four people on 45 m². A safe is available in each flat for your valuables. There is also a free WLAN connection. The large saltwater swimming pool area with children's pool, outdoor shower, waterfall and relaxation zones, nestled in a 1500 m² Mediterranean garden, makes your stay outdoors a relaxing experience. A spacious barbecue area invites you to prepare delicious meals yourself. There are sun loungers, chairs and tables for up to 18 people on a total of five terraces, two of which have sea views. Pool and garden service is included in the price. A table tennis table, a table football table, a sauna for up to five people and a lockable bike room with hangers for 20 bikes complete the outdoor facilities. The sauna area also includes four additional showers and a changing room with WC. The three lockable car parking spaces in the private courtyard offer plenty of space, including for sports equipment.
A highly qualified, medically trained masseur and physiotherapist with many years of professional experience is available on request for the health of active guests and can be booked as an option. He also makes house calls.
In the immediate vicinity are four other beaches (approx. 400 to 1200 m) and the village centre after 300 metres, where you will also find all shopping facilities, restaurants and doctors, supermarkets, pharmacies, bakeries, hairdressers, car-bike-kart-trike-motorbike rentals. A professional bike centre is located just 200 metres from the house. The town of Paguera is characterised by its not so high houses, its beautiful five beaches with clean water and the very long boulevard with many shops, which invites you to stroll. The airport is about 20 minutes away by car. There are bus stops around 450 metres away, tennis courts 650 m away and a golf course 2 km away.
The holiday flat on the first floor, which was renovated in June 2016, has a living area of 40 m² and is divided into a double bedroom, an open-plan living room with a cosy sofa bed, an integrated kitchen-diner and a shower room. In the bedroom there are two single beds measuring 90 cm x 200 cm, which can be put together as an XL double bed. There is a wardrobe with a full-length mirror and a safe to store your travelling wardrobe. Take a seat on the sofa bed in the living room after a day out. When pulled out, this has a sleeping area of 1.50 m x 2.00 m. In the evening, a flat-screen TV with satellite TV, board games and a stereo system with CD player and radio provide entertainment. The fold-out dining table invites you to enjoy a meal together. The open-plan fitted kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, a cooker with ceramic hob and oven, a fridge and all the usual small electrical appliances. The bathroom has a shower cubicle with rain shower fitting, a WC, a wash hand basin and a hairdryer. The flat is fully equipped with mosquito nets, external roller shutters and hot/cold air-conditioned rooms.
From the living area, you can access your private roof terrace with sea views, patio furniture, a parasol and a barbecue. In addition, you are offered the communal area described above with pool, children's pool, table football, table tennis, hammocks, communal barbecue and much more.
