The flat for five people with a large balcony is located in the first row by the sea.
Between you and the sea is a beautiful garden with three large fig trees. In summer, you can pick fresh figs or eat them straight from the tree. If you are there at the right time, you can harvest the grapefruit in the garden. The garden can also be used. There are tables and chairs, a hammock and an outdoor barbecue at your disposal. There is a car park in front of the house. There are also two moorings in front of the house where you can moor your boat. If you like, you can also hire our boat.
The flat is about 80 square metres and is suitable for five people. There is a TV with international programmes, air conditioning from Inverter (with heating function) and W-LAN. In addition to two bedrooms with a double bed and three single beds, there is a kitchen as a common room. A small cot can be added. The flat also has two bathrooms, one of which has a bathtub, toilet and washbasin, as well as a mirror cabinet and a fully equipped kitchen. In the kitchen there are electric and gas hobs, a fridge with freezer compartment, a microwave with baking function, coffee machine, kettle and cutlery and crockery. Bed linen, towels, drying towels, washing-up liquid and toilet paper are provided and our washing machine can also be used. Washing racks are available in the flat.
In addition, the landlords offer the sale of their own organic products from the farm in the neighbouring village, such as wine, schnapps and olive oil. The landlords are a German-Croatian couple who also speak English. They are sociable and helpful. They will be happy to introduce you to Poljica, which lies at the heart of the tourist area. Many excursions can be organised from here. Whether you want to visit one of the surrounding islands, the old UNESCO town of Trogir, the Krka National Park, the Neanderthal Museum in Split or our own organic farm in Vrsine; there is something for everyone! Poljica is only a 20-minute drive from Split airport. The landlords are happy to arrange transport. There are 2 bus stops in Poljica, from where an inter-city bus runs to the surrounding towns every half hour. There is a bakery, two cafés and three restaurants directly on the promenade in Poljica.

Das Bad könnte auf den Stand der anderen Wohnungen angepasst werden. Das große Waschbecken hat nur einen Kaltwasserhahn, der sehr spritzt. Das andere Becken ist zum Waschen zu klein. Die Wohnung ist im Vergleich zu den anderen Wohnungen in die Jahre gekommen.

Das Haus liegt fast direkt am Strand (etwa 50m). Tolle Aussicht auf die gesamte Bucht. Die große Wohnung ist zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen. Staumöglichkeiten (Kästen) fehlen definitiv. In den Schlafzimmern gibt es zwar Leselampen, aber keine Steckdosen bzw. sind sie nicht ...
