This spacious 85 m² holiday flat enjoys a romantic location within walking distance of the dramatic cliffs of Carvoeiro Bay on the sunny west coast of the Algarve, an ideal place to enjoy the clear sea, the sandy beaches and the Mediterranean culture and hospitality of Portugal.Modern and tastefully furnished, recently renovated (2015) holiday flat with panoramic sea views from the barbecue area on the large, private balcony, within walking distance of the sandy beach
Your holiday accommodation is located on the second floor of a two-storey villa with a total of three holiday flats, one on the lower floor and two on the upper floor. It was recently completely renovated in 2015 and equipped with all modern amenities for a comfortable holiday. As it has its own separate entrance, your privacy is guaranteed during your holiday. The holiday flat offers a living and dining area, a separate, top modern kitchen, two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The bright and airy living area is furnished with a three-seater and a two-seater leather sofa, a digital flat-screen TV with satellite reception, DVD and CD player and a dining table with four chairs. On cooler evenings, the wood-burning stove provides cosiness and cosy warmth. The modern fitted kitchen has a ceramic hob with elegant stainless steel extractor bonnet, an oven, fridge with freezer compartment, microwave, toaster, kettle and even a coffee machine. There is a 140 cm x 190 cm double bed in the master bedroom and two 90 cm x 190 cm single beds in the second bedroom, which can be pushed together to make a double bed if required. Both bedrooms also have bedside tables with reading lamps and chests of drawers with plenty of space for your clothes and luggage. One of the two bathrooms is equipped with a bathtub and shower, the second bathroom has a spacious shower cubicle, and in both you will also find a washbasin with wall mirror, a hairdryer and a toilet. A baby cot and high chair are available, bed linen and reliable Wi-Fi internet access are provided free of charge in your holiday flat.
The master bedroom and living area open directly onto your large, private balcony, which is a real highlight. Here you can enjoy long barbecue evenings under the stars or simply retreat with a good book and admire the far-reaching panoramic views over the sea.
There is also secure parking directly in front of the villa.
The traditional, small fishing village of Carvoeiro is known for its family-friendly beaches with a good range of water sports. Your holiday flat is only about 200 m, a three-minute walk, from the nearest sandy beach (Vale Centianes). Here you will find a bakery, grocery shops, cafés and restaurants. The transfer service can only be used when travelling to/from Faro airport.
