The ground floor adapted for people with reduced mobility of about 60 m² consists of the following rooms: a large living room with fireplace and air conditioning, Smart-TV, L-shaped sofa bed for 4 people; a bedroom next to the living room with a double bed of 1.50x1.90 m; a fully equipped eat-in kitchen with induction hobs, oven, microwave, Tassimo capsule coffee machine, toaster, blender, dishwasher, fridge freezer; bedroom with two single beds of 0.90x1.90 m and a bathroom with a large shower and toilet with grab bars. On the ground floor there is also a utility room with washing machine and another bathroom with shower and bidet. On the first floor there is another large living room with fireplace for 10 people, with a 2-seater sofa and 4 armchairs and wooden dining tables, SMART TV; there is also a fully equipped kitchen with ceramic hob, oven, microwave, American type coffee maker, toaster, blender, dishwasher, fridge freezer; two bedrooms with double bed of 1.35x1.90 m; one bedroom with double bed 1.50x1.90 m with air conditioning, where an extra bed can be placed; one bedroom with air conditioning including a bunk bed with lower bed 1.35x1.90 m and upper bed 0.90x1.90 m and a bed 1.05x1.90 m; bathroom with bidet and bathtub. The beach is 1,30 hours away, Cordoba 1 hour, Granada 1 hour, Seville 2 hours and a half, the village 5 minutes, Supermarkets 5 minutes, Hospital 30 minutes. There are restaurants, shops and supermarkets in the village of Carcabuey at 4 km or in the village of Priego de Cordoba at 7 km. There are hiking trails from the house through the mountains and river near the house.

The house has a bathroom on the ground floor and a double bedroom adapted for people with reduced mobility. From the main road to the house, there is a dirt access lane, practically flat and in very good condition, about 400 m long. In the house we have 2 travel cots, in case you need them. We could offer you the possibility to book mountain bikes, because in the area there are several routes that can be done.
