Ferme Belle Rose 10p & Wellness Set in the heart of the Ardennes valleys, this completely renovated former farmhouse is located in a small, typical and very quiet village called Haut Bodeux. A peaceful country setting. Not far from Coo, Stavelot, Spa, Francorchamps, Malmedy and Vielsalm.
Beautiful large terrace with magnificent views over the countryside, 12-seater table under pergola, charcoal BBQ, pétanques, lounge, deckchairs, swings, etc.

Wellness (ground floor): large 475/800cm heated indoor swimming pool, sauna, shower, lounge and sun loungers.
Very quiet and restful but close (10 minutes by car) to a multitude of activities and visits. (waterfalls, lake, animal park, restaurant, plopsa coo amusement park, sports activities and corporate events at coo-adventure, tropical swimming pool, brewery and rum factory visits, etc.)
Automatically adjustable underfloor heating + radiators in bedrooms. Wood-burning stove (wood not supplied).
The sound system is "Sonos", download the free app on your phone and connect to the house internet network.
