The house is set out on two levels, with living room-kitchen, 2 double rooms, 2 bathrooms, panoramic balcony and lounge-terrace overstanding the marvellous S. Giorgio cathedral and the roofs of the old town.

1/2 way between upper and lower Modica it is was a perfect location for exploring the City. Plenty of parking on nearby streets, but summer may be more challenging. If you are using Google maps to navigate you need to use the the street number 51 vs 9 to get you home.

Nous avons passé trois jours merveilleux à Modica. L'appartement est charmant, idéalement placé et la terrasse, très agréable, offre une vue magnifique sur la ville et sur San Giorgio - sans doute la plus belle des églises baroques de Sicile orientale. Nous tenons enfin à remercier Lorenzo pour sa gentillesse et pour son accueil à notre arrivée.

We loved this apartment. The views of Modica were amazing. The decor so well done. Plenty of room for 4.
Sits above the city so must be able to climb many stairs.
Day trip to Noto well worth it and of course the train ride through Modica!
