The apartment complex is located in the west of the island above the bay of Playa de Santa Ines, approx. 500 m from the pebble beach. A 30-minute drive from the airport.

The flat is approximately 60 m² in size and consists of the following rooms: A living room with , satellite TV and seating area; two bedrooms with single beds and a double bed respectively; a fully equipped kitchen with hob, oven, fridge with freezer compartment, microwave, coffee machine and dining area and an adjoining bathroom with shower and toilet. Bed linen and towels are included in the price. Free W-LAN is available. The bathroom was completely renovated at the beginning of 2018. In February 2019, the window front of the living room was completely renewed. Hence the different pictures showing the old and new condition of the kitchen and the window front. Suitable for allergy sufferers, therefore pets not possible. The bathroom was completely renovated at the beginning of 2018. The kitchen was supplemented in 2018 with an oven, a refrigerator with freezer compartment and another kitchen cabinet. The previous television was also replaced with a flat-screen TV. The hob of the gas cooker was also renewed.
The flat is located in a spacious garden area, there are 2 swimming pools, 1 children's pool, mini golf course.
Please note that due to the location of the apartment complex there is no mobile phone reception. If you use a smartphone, it is possible to activate the Wi-Fi telephony function via the settings and make calls with it. Free W-LAN is available.
