This modern villa is on a quiet estate on a big site right by the beach.
The villa has a kitchen, a living and dining room, a separate WC and a laundry room on the ground floor, and four bedrooms and a bathroom upstairs. The kitchen measures around 10m² and provides all the necessary appliances, including an electric stove with an oven, a dishwasher and a microwave. The living and dining room measures around 45m² and offers a lovely view of the sea. The laundry room has a washing machine and a dryer. The bathroom comprises a double washbasin, a shower and a WC. One bedroom has a double box spring bed measuring 160 x 200cm, the second has a double bed measuring 140 x 200cm, while the other two each have two single beds (80 x 200cm).
You can dine outdoors in the 1750m² garden and enjoy the view. If you go through the garden gate you are right by the beach.
A highchair and a cot can be provided on request. There are four bicycles in the garage available for use.
About 10km away in Concarneau you can visit Ville Close, an artists‘ village, where Vincent van Gogh painted. There is also a golf course 10km away. You can go shopping at a supermarket about a five-minute drive away.

Das Haus ist wunderschön gelegen. 3 der Schlafzimmer liegen auf der Seite des Meeres. Das Haus ist großzügig geschnitten und die Küche ist gut ausgestattet. Im Garten sind ausreichend Gartenmöbel. Wir hatten eine herrliche Zeit dort und haben viel weniger unternommen als geplant war, weil wir diesen Ort gar nicht verlassen wollten.
Das Haus liegt einzigartig und ist sehr gemütlich!

Der Blick aufs Meer, die großen Fenster, die Ruhe, der Zigang zum Strand, die Eineichtung - toll!
Es tat dem wunderschönen Aufenthalt keinen Abbruch, aber mit ein paar kleinen Verbesserungen würde man sich noch wohler fühlen:
- Sauberkeit (schmutzige Küchenschubladen)
- ordentliches Messer zum Brotschneiden wäre toll
- Türen knarzen sehr, schließen nicht ordentlich, daher mitunter klappern der ...
