The light and generous holiday apartment with two balconies and a sea view is only 800 metres from the sea and is in a quiet residential area in San Bartolomeo.
The 85m² apartment is on the second floor of a residential house with a total of five apartments. It consists of two bedrooms, a kitchen, a large living room and a bathroom. One bedroom is furnished with a double bed (160 x 200cm), a dresser and a large wardrobe, the second with a single bed (90 x 190cm), a bunk bed (80 x 190cm) and a desk. The kitchen is equipped with a dining table, a large fridge with a freezer compartment, a microwave, a coffee machine and a veranda. The living room has a dining table, satellite TV, a fireplace, a sofa and a south-facing balcony with a beautiful view of the sea and the Cervo old town. The bathroom comprises a bath with a shower curtain, a WC, hairdryer, bidet and washing machine. Internet is available in the apartment using a stick (payable). There is also free wireless Internet access at the place where the keys are handed over.
There are good parking options nearby. The balcony has garden furniture and a lounger.
The nearest supermarket, a kiosk with German magazines and a nice bar are about 500 metres away. The fabulous area with its pleasant climate is not only ideal for a seaside holiday, but also affords impressive views on walks or on bicycle or mountain back tours in the inland area. The well-known cliff pool “Portoghetto” in Cervo is beautiful, inviting you to sunbathe, snorkel and swim. The new cycle path right along the sea from San Lorenzo to San Remo (ca. 27km) is also to be recommended, built on the former rail tracks.
