A small holiday complex awaits you, surrounded by meadows and forests, in Rabenstein near Chemnitz.

The individual holiday homes are individually designed. The bed dimensions of the double beds in all houses are 180 x 200 cm.

There is a barbecue area with a fireplace and seating for barbecues. In addition, a small dog swimming pond and a pool with sunbathing lawn (550m²) will be available for shared use from 2015. The complex is completely fenced. Parking is available in front of each house.

A relaxing holiday is guaranteed due to the very quiet location right next to the forest. But also the city centre and various shopping centres can be reached within 15 minutes by car thanks to the convenient transport connections. The reservoir (with separate nudist area) for swimming, boating and the climbing forest are approx. 1000 m away and can be easily reached via beautiful forest paths. Shopping facilities and restaurants are also within walking distance. Many sights are in the immediate vicinity. Dresden is approx. 45 min by car, Leipzig approx. 65 min. A small travel guide with all important telephone numbers and addresses, as well as shopping facilities, sights and restaurants is available for you in the property!

Small, modern furnished holiday home with terrace A 2023 completely renovated Finnhütte, directly at the forest very quietly situated near the reservoir in the local recreation area Oberrabenstein in Chemnitz. The approx. 65 m² guest house is located on a 500 m² fenced property with its own parking space.

In the entrance area with a view of the forest there is also a dining table for 4 people. A separate wardrobe room offers enough storage space for your luggage and supplies. The modern living room with wood-burning stove and view of the greenery has a corner sofa (as an extra bed). A 43-inch LED TV with satellite reception, music system, DVD player and a games console for your children are available for your entertainment. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge with freezer compartment, 4-ring electric hob with oven, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, kettle and coffee machine. The small daylight bathroom with WC and shower has a modern design. In the bedroom, which can be reached via a steep staircase, there is a double bed (1.80m x 2.00m) and flat wardrobes.
