Transfer from the airport is available free of charge. In addition, the villa is cleaned twice a week and the bed linen is changed.

The villa has a security surveillance system and access is via an operable sliding door. On the ground floor is the living room with a sofa set and a television with satellite TV. There are also three bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and access to the pool area. The middle floor has a fully equipped and modern kitchen with hob, oven, fridge-freezer, microwave, coffee machine and dishwasher. Adjacent is another living area with a sofa set and a TV with satellite channels as well as access to the veranda with a dining table for eight people. The top floor also offers a bedroom with a marvellous view. The four bedrooms each have a double bed. The four en-suite bathrooms each consist of a shower, washbasin and toilet. Each room is equipped with air conditioning and a safe. WLAN Internet is also available everywhere.

A path about 100 metres long leads you directly to the beach. The villa is just two kilometres from the town of Mykonos. Other nearby towns are Ornos, Platis Yialos and the Psarou beaches. And in three minutes by car you will find restaurants, supermarkets and other shops.

The outdoor area offers 180 degree panoramic views as well as several furnished terraces, the infinity pool with sun loungers and a covered dining area, a large stone dining table for 20 people and two large seating areas. There is also some fitness equipment next to the pool area. In front of the house there is a small garden, a barbecue and a sunken sofa, offering exceptional sea views. This is also where the parking spaces are located.
