The fully furnished holiday apartment is located in Budva, Montenegro. It is approximately a 7-10 minute walk from the beach and off of one of the main streets in Budva where it's bustling with people, surrounded by grocery stores, bakeries, restaurants, and cafes.

The private terrace is equipped with garden furniture and two garden loungers. The property is fenced and is therefore suitable for children.

The apartment is on the ground floor of the house clean, minimalistic and bright. There are three bedrooms, two with a single bed each and a master bedroom with a Queen size bed. The living room has a sofa and it is equipped with a flatscreen TV, full Internet access, DVD player, CD player. The bathroom has a walk-in shower and tiled flooring to keep cool during the hot summer months. All the necessary amenities are provided in the apartment to make your stay comfortable and relaxing.

The beach is about 500 metres away. The old town centre with its restaurants and greenmarket is approximately 600 metres away. Supermarket,24 hours restaurants, liquor store, casino, internet cafe, gaming cafe, pharmacy, ambulance etc.. are approximately 100m away.
