This pretty city flat on the second floor of a "Gründerzeit building" (= turn of the century) is centrally located, close to the city centre.
The 65m² flat consists of two rooms, kitchen, bathroom and WC. The kitchen is located in the entrance area, the small shower room with washing machine is next door. In the courtyard room there is a loft bed with a width of 160 cm, you sleep with a view of the garden. There is also a dining area in front of the window and a cosy reading corner under the loft bed. In the bay window room facing the street, you can also sleep peacefully and comfortably in a double bed (160 cm wide). There are two armchairs and a settee in the bay window. There is also a television in this room. The rooms have multiple uses - the living and dining rooms are combined with the sleeping areas.
The flat is designed for four people, an extra bed for a child would be possible.
You can reach the city centre in a straight line without changing trains after eight tram stops (~ 20 min.) and you can reach the Vienna Woods just as quickly with the same line in the other direction! There are numerous good pubs and restaurants in the neighbourhood where you can eat very cheaply and well. In the street, right next door, there is the Heiner coffee confectionery and a top-quality Italian ice cream parlour. Ice cream parlour of top quality. There is also a supermarket opposite and a pharmacy on the corner. All centrally located, the hosts are happy to give tips for art and culture!
