The property is located in a very quiet area and is surrounded by nature. The country house has been completely restored in the original Mallorcan style and the original brickwork has been exposed.
On a flat living area of 80 m², there is a living/dining room with sofa bed and TV (with satellite receiver and TDT) and free WiFi, two bedrooms with single beds and fitted wardrobes, a shower room and a fully equipped kitchen with oven, microwave, coffee machine, dishwasher and washing machine, among other things. In the master bedroom, the two single beds (each 0.90 x 2.00 m) are together, but can also be pushed apart as desired. In the second bedroom, the beds are 0.90m wide and only 1.90m long.
The spacious terrace offers a wonderful view and is equipped with garden furniture, deckchairs and a barbecue. The holiday home is located in a quiet field near the fishing village of Porto Petro and is surrounded by almond trees and sheep pastures. It is a wonderful place to relax from the stress of everyday life and simply switch off.
Porto Petro invites you to take leisurely walks and visit the cafés and restaurants overlooking the harbour. From the town, you can also book excursions to the beautiful south-east coast with its small and beautiful bays. The Mondragó Nature Park, which is ideal for excursions, begins right next to the holiday accommodation. Just a few kilometres away are two quiet and beautiful sandy beaches surrounded by pine groves. The weekly market in Santanyí, less than 4 kilometres away, offers many local products. In the centre of the village, in addition to restaurants and various shops, there are also supermarkets and a pharmacy.
