Newly built (2016), fully detached holiday villa nestled in the hilly countryside, with spectacular sea views from the sunny roof terrace complete with private simming pool
This 165 square meter eco-house is in an elevated position, offering spectacular sea views across Ria de Muros all the day.
The villa spreads across two levels. It features three bedrooms and three bathrooms. The villa can accommodate up to nine persons.
There are two bedrooms on the first floor, including parental suites with private ensuite bathroom. Two additional bathrooms. On the ground floor there is the third bedroom, a generously laid out open space living area with American Kitchen and direct accesxs to the terrace.
The sunny terrace with swimming pool is surrounded by a 1000m2 garden. There is also a barbecue area.
You have the sun in front of the house in the morning, in the back of the house in the afternoon (for even better sea views).
There are several good restaurants in Ria de Muros and Noia. In small harbour of O Freixo you can find good restaurants, for exemple one called Pepe do Coxo. There is a small supermarket and a pharmacy apprximately 1km away from the house. All Services can be found in Noia, approximately a 10 minute drive away: shops, a fish markets, health services, transport. The house is 35 km away from Santiago de Compostella, 1 hour and 15 minutes drive from la Coruna, 1 hour and 30 minutes from Vigo, Islas Cies, Santiago de Compostella and many other Galicia wonders.
