Three floors of 80 m2 each and a patio with swimming pool that occupies the rest of the 400 m2 plot. The upper floor is accessed directly from Calle de La Fuente. It contains an entrance hall and four double bedrooms, all with en-suite bathrooms. The middle floor is occupied by a large living room of 80 m2 with different ambiences: kitchen and dining area; leisure and conversation area next to a large open fireplace, and television area. On the lower floor are the garage, the laundry room and a common bathroom.
Its constructive design is a good example of rural architecture, integrated into the surroundings and respectful of the environment. The Montes de Toledo region is famous for its game meats and its cornicabra olive oil. Goat and sheep cheeses, deer sausage, honey and local wines complete a gastronomic offer to satisfy the most demanding palates. Cabañeros occupies the southwestern part of the Montes de Toledo.
The Boquerón del Estena, next to the house, is a gorge where the most peculiar flora of the National Park takes refuge. It also contains information and witnesses (fossils) of great interest to learn about the biological evolution of the Montes de Toledo from its past as a sea. The route on foot with a guide is obligatory, free and very simple.
The Ordovician Zone exhibition, in the municipal Tourist Office, is an exhibition about the marine past of the area that is well worth a visit.
