The apartments are right near the sea. The holiday house consists of four smaller apartments and one larger apartment. All the apartments have TV with international channels, air conditioning (including a heating function) and wireless Internet access.

Description of the large apartment: the apartment measures around 90m² and is suitable for five people. It has a bedroom with a double bed and a big children’s room with three single beds and a comfortable sofa. A small chilldren’s bed can be added. There are two bathrooms, of which one has a bath. The kitchen has an oven, two electric and two gas rings, a fridge with a freezer compartment, a coffee machine, kettle and plenty of cutlery and crockery. The spacious living room has a corner sofa, a table and a TV for comfortable evenings together. The sofa can also be used as a bed.

Description of the smaller apartments: each apartment measures around 50m² and is suitable for four people. It has two bedrooms each with two single beds. A small children’s bed can be added. The apartment also has a bathroom with a shower, toilet, washbasin and a cupboard with a mirror. The kitchen is fully-equipped, with electric and gas cooking rings, a fridge with a freezer compartment, a microwave with a baking function, a coffee machine, kettle, cutlery and tableware.

Between you and the sea there is a beautiful garden with three big fig trees. You can share use of the garden. It has tables and chairs, a hammock and an outdoor grill. There are parking spaces in front of the house. There are also two boat moorings in front of the house. It is possible to hire a boat. The owners also sell their own organic farm products in the neighbouring village, such as wine, spirits and olive oil. If you are there at the right time you can harvest the grapefruit in the garden. The owners are a German-Croatian couple who also speak English. They are communicative and helpful. They would be happy to introduce Poljica, which lies at the heart of the tourist region. You can go on many trips from here, whether to one of the surrounding islands, the old UNESCO town of Trogir, Krka National Park, the Neanderthal Museum in Split or the owners’ own organic farm in Vrsine. There is something for everyone. Poljica is only a 20-minute drive from Split airport. The owners are happy to provide transfers. In Poljica there are two bus stops, with connections every half an hour to the surrounding towns. You can find a bakery, two cafés and three restaurants right by the promenade in Poljica.

Bed linen, hand towels, tea towels, washing up liquid and toilet paper are provided. You can share use of a washing machine. There are clothes horses in the apartment.
