- Equipment (sheets and towels), water, gas, electricity, cleaning and change of linen, except for stays of 2 or more weeks: weekly change of sheets and use of the pool.

WIFI: YES, free in common areas. Possibility of wifi in the apartment, subject to availability on arrival and with a supplement (direct payment at reception).

PARKING: There is public parking around. It is necessary to book, Price 15 € / day

ANIMALS: NOT ALLOWED.

DEPOSIT: € 100 (Cash deposit).

Arrivals after hours: Contact the reception for arrivals later than 20:00, and a surcharge for arrivals after 20:00 can be charged. (payment at reception).

IMPORTANT: Due to COVID-19 it is possible that the use of swimming pools and common areas may be subject to changes and restrictions regarding opening hours, dates or capacity. The operation of these common areas will depend on the decisions taken by the government, the autonomous communities and the different communities of neighbors, and even be forced not to open the pools given the characteristics (very limited space) of the same.
