Due to the complexity of the APCostas - Treumal Park apartments the photographs of the interiors and exteriors are examples, they do not represent the variety of apartments we have.
SITUATION:
Quiet area at 150 mts. from the beach and 1,500 mts. from the city center.
COMPOSITION:
- Apartment block COMPLETELY RENOVATED in 2016.
- They have: Type A: Dining room-living room with double sofa bed, 1 double bedroom with two single beds, ceramic hob and microwave, bathroom and terrace with furniture.
AMENITIES:
- Swimming pool for adults and children. Sunbeds according to availability. Open parking according to availability.
- At 1,500 mts. all kinds of services.
INCLUDED IN THE PRICE:
- Equipment (bed linen only), water, gas, electricity, cleaning entry and exit, weekly change of clothes and use of the pool.
- T.V. with satellite channel installation.
TOWELS:5 € / person / week, free change for stays longer than 7 days. (payment at reception).
COT: €6 / day (to be paid at reception according to availability
AIR CONDITIONING:YES, included in the price.
WIFI: FREE, in all apartments.
PARKING: June, September and October: 7€ / night. July and August: 10€ / night
ANIMALS: NOT ALLOWED.
TOURIST TAX: NOT included in the price (payable at reception).

For cases where we cannot have the client's email at the time of booking, the client must contact us at least 15 days before arrival at a contact email: to be able to directly manage the check-in. The client will be responsible if he cannot check in correctly on the day of arrival and we will not accept claims in this regard.

Sauberkeit, Lage, unkomplizierte Abwicklung, Pool, Balkon, Parkplatz
Wlan war etwas schwach, keine deutschen TV Sender, Matratzen der Schlafsofas, Ausstattung könnte etwas besser sein (größere Pfanne, Kochplatte, Wasserkocher). Check in etwas kompliziert und keine Info, dass man den Parkplatz extra bezahlen und reservieren muss.

L emplacements, on a accès à tout a pieds 😍😍
La wifi fonctionnait pas terribles, le satellite avait que 3 chaînes françaises, drap propre rien a dire , mais couvre lit alaise pas top, j ai retrouvé des grains de je sais pas quoi sur le matelas, des long cheveux noirs,
Après ça peut voler par si par la sinon le reste sa va
Et pas eu de code a mon arrivée rien par mails
