Wonderful property in El Madroñal, a few minutes from the famous beaches of Costa Adeje and close to all the services
of El Madroñal.
Furnished with taste and elegance, it is an oasis of peace in the heart of southern Tenerife, just 20 km from Tenerife
South airport.
The property is very bright and with a sea view from almost all the windows,
Located on two levels it has 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms with capacity for up to 10 people, wifi, heated swimming pool
and beautiful gardens.
On the main floor there are:
- well equipped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, oven, refrigerator, freezer, ceramic and everything you need for to
cook
- main bathroom with shower
- Double bedroom
- main living room with sea view
- dining room overlooking the patio with beautiful gardens, fruit trees and ocean views
- outdoor dining area
- barbecue
- heated swimming pool with sun beds
The upper level has:
- double bedroom with private bathroom with tub and shower and large balcony overlooking the sea
- bedroom with 2 single beds, private bathroom and large terrace.
An internal staircase leads to the underground floor where there are:
- Secondary living room with 2 double sofa beds and bathroom.
- garage for one car.
Includes sheets, towels and beach towels.
GROUPS OF YOUNG PEOPLE ARE NOT ALLOWED AND PARTIES ARE FORBIDDEN ..
Noise is not allowed from 23:30 to 8:00
For check-in after 22.30 there is a supplement of 20 euros to be paid upon arrival.
For the loss of the keys there is a supplement of 100.00 euros for the change of the lock.
In case of loss of the remote control, the amount charged will be € 60.00.
Every Monday and Thursday, one of our staff will take care of the cleaning and maintenance of the swimming pool /
garden.
Available for every need and advice.
There are several bars, a small supermarket and a restaurant within walking distance,
hairdresser, veterinarian, butcher.
To go to the beach it is advisable to rent a car and in 1.5 km you can get there
Duque or Fañabe beach. At 800 m you will find the Gransur shopping center with
shops, restaurants and cinemas.
IMPORTANT: we work with the best laundry on the island, ALL OUR CLOTHING is treated with oxygen, DISINFECTED
and checked by the laboratories!

Stayed here for a couple of days with a friends group. Great parking infront the house and close to the beach. The house has an amazing view, a lot of space and the pingpong table is amazing.
