The Charming Retiro Exclusive apartment is a charming fully equipped 2-bedroom apartment very close to the Retiro Park, it is very bright and has a fully equipped kitchen.
It has 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with 2 single beds. It has a full private bathroom with shower.
The living room will be the perfect place to relax after visiting the city or a hard day at work, it has a sofa bed, dining table and flat screen TV.
Among the apartment's amenities we also find: free Wi-Fi, sheets and towels, free toiletries and cot rental service (for € 30 / stay).
AREA
The apartment is in a quiet area full of local shops and very well connected. The Retiro Park is just 8 minutes walk from the apartment and the Atocha Renfe train station is 30 minutes away.
The Prado Museum and Puerta de Alcalá are a 20-minute walk away.
It is in an area very close to several hospitals: El Gregorio Marañón, Beata María Ana, and Santa Cristina.

-Arrivals from 20h up to 00h have to pay a supplement of 25€.
-There are baby cots available to rent for 30€ / stay. Please request the baby cot to the host prior to your arrival.
-Every guest must present a valid ID/Passport and credit/debit card upon check-in.
-Events and/or parties are not allowed.
-For reservation of 28 nights or more, electricity and gas bills will be included up to 50€. The tenant will have to pay for any extra.

El apartamento estaba situado en un barrio que tenía todos los servicios a mano. Además la calle Sáinz de Varanda tiene un boulevard con terrazas para comer, cenar o picotear. El parque del Retiro al final de la calle , boca de metro muy cerca . La Zona muy céntrica y se podía desplazar uno a pie ha...

Perfect location, subway, restaurants, bars, bakeries, retiro park, everything walking distance, apartment needs updated furniture, especially the bedrooms and not enough cleaning supplies
