The apartment of 50m2 is in the Sot del Morer urbanization of Sant Pol de Mar in front of the beach, 10min from the train station, 55km from Girona and 65km from Barcelona Airport with direct SAGALES bus. It is located on the third floor with sea views from the terrace and direct access to the beach.
The bedroom is composed of a double bed and in the living room there is a very large sofa-bed for two people.
There is a full bathroom, equipped kitchen with washing machine, fans, stove for winter, flat screen TV, wifi throughout the establishment and free parking.
Key collection takes place in the same apartment from 4pm to 9pm with an option to extend.
It is a smoke-free apartment and pets are allowed at an additional cost.
At the check in we will ask for the tourist tax of 1.00 x person x night and the documentation and we will be at your disposal almost 24h for anything you may need during the stay.

El apartamento es muy funcional. A pesar de no tener Aire Acondicionado, sí dispone de ventiladores de techo, y su proximidad al mar contribuye a que el calor no sea un poblema.
En la cocina hace bastante calor. Quizás podría disponer de un pequeño ventilador o similar.
Perfecto para lo que buscábamos.
