The holiday home “Son Vivot” is located in Inca, in the beautiful island Mallorca, and impresses guests with its charming outdoor area as well as with its beautifully-decorated interiors.
It consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 2 bedrooms (one with 2 single beds, one with a double bed), as well as 3 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 4 people.
Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, fans, satellite and cable television, a baby cot and a highchair.
There is a pellet stove fireplace that heats the property. Air conditioning is available in the bedrooms for an extra fee. One of the main attractions of the house is its beautiful outdoor area where you will find a generous pool, sun loungers, and a dining table ideal to start the day with a wholesome breakfast.
You will find a selection of shops, restaurants, bars and cafes in Búger, 10 minutes driving from the property (5.1km) while the closest beach, Platja de Santa Margalida, is just 20 minutes away by car (19.2km). If you want to do something different on a warm summer day you can visit the water park Hidropark Alcúdia, which is just 23 minutes away by car (20 km). Die Gastgeber Cati und Bill waren sehr zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Sie haben uns sehr gute Tipps zu unserem Aufenthalt gegeben. Die Finca war sehr schön und der Pool einfach grandios. Die Lage der Finca war auch sehr gut. Wir können diese Finca auf jedem Fall weiterempfehlen.

The villa was equipped with everything we needed and more. There was a beautiful view from the patio and an amazing swimming pool. The location was great too - very peaceful, in the middle of the island, we were able to explore Mallorca in all directions. Finally, the host was very welcoming, nice and responsive, thank you Cati!

Das Haus ist sehr gut gelegen, sehr nah an Inca. Es hat ein Tor, welches sich per Fernbedienung öffnen lässt. Der Pool ist sehr schön, gute Größe. Es gibt auch eine große Terrasse mit Markise. Das Haus ist gut und vollständig ausgestattet.
Oben im Wohnzimmer und der Küche gab es leider keine Klimaanlage. Hier waren es permanent 28-30 Grad. Zum Glück gab es in den Schlafzimmern im Untergeschoss Klimaanlagen.
