The 90 m² apartment consists of a living room with a sofa bed for 2 people, a bedroom with a double bed and 2 single beds as well as one bathroom and is therefore perfect for families of up to 5 people.

The ski resort Kurzras lies a 30-minute drive (20 km) from the property, where you will find a cable car to a glacier skiing area with demanding downhill runs, a toboggan run and cross-country ski tracks, as well as a skiing school offering courses for any level of proficiency.

Closeby, there is also a reservoir for nice walks, where owners of a fishing license can purchase a day pass in order to fish in the reservoir.

The hiking route “Meraner Höhenweg” is also in the immediate vicinity and leads you across beautiful landscapes and along fantastic views. The city of Merano (Meran), well-known for its spa resorts and architectural beauty, is located a 40-minute drive (30 km) from the farm and also invites you to go shopping or explore the many great restaurants serving local cuisine.

South Tyrol’s capital Bolzano (Bozen) lies 58 km (a one-hour drive) from the property. One parking space is available on the property. Pets are allowed. A bread roll service is available on request. Please note that smoking is prohibited. The homeowner will be happy to fetch you from the train station. Please note that there is a steep staircase which leads to the bedroom, which is equipped with a handrail rope.
