If you would like to spend a relaxing holiday in nature or want to keep fit, that's the right place for you in Winterberg. Our newly built house is located in a quiet, beautiful residential area, with no through traffic, right on the ski and hiking area. Nearby is also the bobsleigh track and the bike arena. The city center is within easy walking distance. Nevertheless, a quiet living is guaranteed, as our house is in a dead end. A parking space for the car is available. It is a new, cozy apartment (40 sqm) for two people with separate entrance, separate bedroom, and bathroom with shower, all fully furnished with towels, sheets, microwave with grill, stove, refrigerator with freezer, kettle, coffee maker, Toaster, satellite TV, large LED flat screen TV, radio / CD, on request bread service with BILD newspaper, allergy-friendly. The phone is free to use in the German landline!

Our living area is divided into a cozy quiet and TV corner and the dining area, which you see below! Not to be seen is the hall, which offers you a separate entrance. The equipment is complete: Microwave with grill, stove, refrigerator with freezer, kettle, egg cooker, coffee machine with vacuum jug, toaster, satellite TV, large LED flat screen TV, radio / CD, telephone (free in German landline!), And bread service directly to the door ! If you also want wireless Internet access, you can also offer this service! Of course, for free! Prerequisite is that your laptop is suitable for WLAN. However, please understand that we have to protect ourselves against misuse by signing a signature on your part. If desired, a bread delivery service will bring fresh bread rolls of your choice right to your door. There is a free car park opposite the house. In our sleeping area is also a large wardrobe with a small safe. The room can be darkened well and is very quiet, as it is not the side of the road (which is anyway a dead end and therefore little traveled) is facing. Cozy atmosphere! In addition, suitable for allergy sufferers and orthopedic sensibly selected is the double bed: new beds and mattresses of good quality, and duvets the current climate adaptable (summer-winter), allergy-friendly! No horsehair, down or feathers! Everything is available here as well: complete sheets, extra blankets. You do not need to bring anything! In our bathroom there are both the shower, towels, hair dryer, a large mirror with skylight. Also in our cooking area the equipment is complete: Microwave with grill (for the quick pizza ...), stove, refrigerator with freezer, kettle, coffee maker with vacuum jug, toaster, pots, plates and cutlery, and cups and glasses. On our terrace you can take your breakfast in the summer and relax in the afternoon on the lawn with a good book and enjoy the sun! Arrival description
Here are directions from the A46 on the B480 coming from Olsberg: Go straight on the B 480 over the first big roundabout (second exit), then you come a second roundabout (Aral / McDonald), this also at the second exit leave (again straight ahead), at the next traffic light still straight on and on Turn right at the second traffic light in the direction of Innenstadt / Zentrum ("Im Hohlen Soifen"). After about 80 meters turn right (big sign "Haus Andrea") and turn left again after 40 meters. Then you are already in the Schanzenstraße. Keep driving straight on until you see a sign "Dead End". You can park behind it. Our house is diagonally left across from Schanzenstraße 22. If you have a navigation device, it leads you to our front door (current software provided ...).

Es ist eine neue, gemütliche Ferienwohnung (ca.40 qm) für zwei Personen mit separatem Eingang, separatem Schlafzimmer, sowie Badezimmer mit Dusche, alles komplett eingerichtet mit Handtüchern, Bettwäsche, Mikrowelle mit Grill, Brötchenaufbackautomat, Pizzaofen, zwei Kochfelder, Kühlschrank mit Eisfach, Wasserkocher, Kaffeemaschine mit Isolierkanne für Filterkaffee und eine zusätzliche Kaffeepadmaschine (Senseo), Toaster, Satelliten-TV, großer LED-Flatscreen Fernseher, DVD-Player, Radio/CD, allergikerfreundlich. Das Telefon ist kostenfrei in das deutsche Festnetz zu nutzen! Unser Wohnbereich gliedert sich in eine gemütliche Ruhe- und Fernsehecke und dem Essbereich, den Sie unten sehen! Nicht zu sehen ist der Flur, der Ihnen einen separaten Eingang bietet. Die Wohnung ist komplett für zwei Personen ausgestattet mit Mikrowelle mit Grill, zwei Kochfelder, Kühlschrank mit Eisfach, Wasserkocher, Kaffeemaschine mit Isolierkanne, Toaster, Satelliten-TV, großer LED-Flatscreen Fernseher, DVD-Player, Radio/CD, Telefon (kostenfrei in das deutsche Festnetz). Falls Sie außerdem einen WLAN-Internetanschluss wünschen, können wie Ihnen auch diesen Service bieten! Selbstverständlich kostenfrei! Voraussetzung ist, dass ihr Laptop für WLAN geeignet ist. Ein kostenfreier Parkplatz befindet sich dem Haus gegenüber. In unserem Schlafbereich befindet sich außerdem ein großer Kleiderschrank mit einem kleinen Tresor. Der Raum lässt sich gut verdunkeln und ist sehr ruhig, da er nicht der Straßenseite (die ohnehin eine Sackgasse und daher wenig befahren ist) zugewandt ist. Gemütliches Ambiente! Außerdem allergikergerecht und orthopädisch sinnvoll ausgewählt ist das Doppelbett: neue Betten und Matratzen von guter Qualität, und Bettdecken dem momentanen Klima anpassbar (Sommer-Winter), alles allergikerfreundlich! Kein Rosshaar, Daunen oder Federn! Auch hier ist alles vorhanden: Komplette Bettwäsche, zusätzliche Wolldecken. Sie brauchen nichts mitzubringen! In unserem Badezimmer befindet sich sowohl die Dusche, als auch Handtücher, Fön, ein großer Spiegel mit Oberlicht. Auch in unserem Kochbereich ist die Ausstattung komplett: zwei Kochfelder, Mikrowelle mit Grill, Brötchenaufbackautomat, Pizzaofen, Kühlschrank mit Eisfach, Wasserkocher, Kaffeemaschine mit Isolierkanne für Filterkaffee und eine zusätzliche Kaffeepadmaschine (Senseo), Toaster, Töpfe, Teller und Besteck, sowie Tassen und Gläser. Auf unserer Terrasse können Sie im Sommer Ihr Frühstück einnehmen und am Nachmittag auf der Liegewiese bei einem guten Buch ausspannen und die Sonne genießen! Der Außenbereich gestaltet sich aus einer kleinen Terrasse mit Tisch und Sitzgelegenheiten, ein Stück Garten kann mitbenutzt werden, Liegestühle sind im Sommer vorhanden.

Conditions/extras
Die Anreise ist von 15 bis 21 Uhr möglich. Die Abreise ist bis 10 Uhr möglich. Andere Zeiten sind nach telefonischer Absprache eventuell möglich. Die Schlüsselübergabe erfolgt persönlich vor Ort. Haustiere sind nicht erlaubt. Eine Kurtaxe in Höhe von 3 Euro p.P und Übernachtung wird vor Ort separat berechnet.
