The open living space design of the living room, dining room and kitchen with kitchen island forms a unit and allows an inspiring view of the island of Reichenau and Untersee and into the countryside. You can enjoy this view while cooking, eating, in the living room, from the balcony and from one of the three bedrooms and the bathrooms. The upper village of Fruthwilen lies approximately 550 metres above sea level and therefore about 150 metres above Lake Constance. We are surrounded by fruit growers and beautiful half-timbered houses.

The bedrooms are spacious and bright. The master bedroom with double bed has a separate dressing room with ecological built-in furniture. Another bedroom is also furnished with a double bed. The third bedroom has two single beds that can be moved around the room. The ecological fitted wardrobes are in the hallway area in front. The main bathroom has a bathtub, shower, WC and double washbasin. The second bathroom has a shower, WC and washbasin. The balcony is furnished with a table and chairs. Next to the building, outside the holiday flat, there is another dining area to the south-east with a view of the lake. All living rooms have a decentralised ventilation system. All rooms have underfloor heating.

Important information on the use of the holiday apartment
Due to the high-quality parquet flooring in the rooms, street shoes must not be worn in the flat.
Smoking is strictly prohibited in the entire house. This also applies to e-cigarettes, electronic smoking devices, water pipes, cigars and pipes.

The holiday flat is exclusively for regular, private use.
Parties, events or commercial use is not permitted.
The night's rest must be observed. No pets.
