It has a living room, a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 2 bedrooms (one with 2 single beds) and 2 bathrooms and can accommodate 4 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, a television, fans, a safe, a hair dryer and a washing machine. Furthermore, the vacation home has a balcony and a large private terrace with sun loungers and sitting area, which invites you to relax. In the shared outdoor area you will find a pool with more sun loungers and an outdoor shower. If you prefer to swim in the sea instead of lying at the pool, you are also lucky, because the fine sandy beach Playa Grande is only about 1.4 km away. It can be reached on foot in about 15 minutes, by car it only takes 3 minutes. Along the beach promenade there are numerous restaurants, bars and cafés, which are less than 15 minutes walking distance away. The next supermarket is about 300 m away. Not far from the vacation home there is an a golf course, which can be reached in 5 minutes by car. The airport of Lanzarote is also only a 10-minute drive (8km) away.

Parking spaces are available on the property. Bed linen and towels are included in the price. Pets are not allowed.
