This 3-room holiday flat directly on the beautiful Sarnersee offers everything you need for a relaxing stay. An unobstructed view over the entire lake, a magnificent view of the mountains, a large sunbathing lawn, a staircase to the lake, a fireplace.
The hiking area, and cycling tours are right on the doorstep. For motorbike trips or city visits, the destinations are close by or easily accessible.
Good connections to public transport. Distance to the train station and village, shopping centres 1 km.
In winter, the flat is centrally located between various winter ski areas:
Melchsee-Frutt, Hasliberg, Engelberg and for families with children, the Mörli-Alp in Giswil.
The flat offers space for max. 6 persons with two bedrooms and the living room.
The accommodation
Large well-kept garden with private steps and "pebble beach" for swimming fun. Barbecue area, enough tables and seating for all residents (mixed use).
Chemine cottage for approx. 6-8 persons with barbecue with motor (2 kg meat). Beautiful mahogany rowing boat with 6 hp motor for rent. Washing machine and tumble dryer in the laundry room (adjoining room). Additional toilet accessible from outside. SUP, stand-up paddleboard rental(currently 1 unit.)
