The cozy apartment “Merlín 1.1” is located in Playa de San Juan, a charming village in Tenerife, and it impresses guests with its excellent location right in front of the beach.
It consists of a living room, 2 bedrooms (one with a bunk bed for 2 people, one with a kingsize bed), as well as one bathroom and can therefore accommodate 4 people.
Additional amenities include Wi-Fi and a washing machine.
Due to its excellent location you will find a wide selection of shops, restaurants, bars and cafes in the immediate vicinity (2-150 meters; 1-3 minutes walking), while the closest beach, Playa San Juan, is right in front of the apartment.
Here you can relax on the sand or take a refreshing dip in the sea.
Guests can also visit the Teide National Park, where they can see the Teide Volcano and learn about the volcanic origins of the island while discovering some of the most unique landscapes of Tenerife (53 minutes driving; 57.3km).
The airport of the island can also be reached after 31 minutes driving (38.2km). Bed linen and towels are included in the price.

Lage ist herausragend. Prima Ambiente, sehr gute Ausstattung. Betten bequem. Klasse Balkon. Perfekte Abwicklung.
Abends von draußen gelegentlich etwas laut - geht bei der Lage aber gar nicht anders.
Die Insel war schön aber die Wohnung ist mit der Lage und den Restaurants nicht zu empfehlen.

Der direkte Meerblick und die Nähe zu Geschäften um Lebensmittel einzukaufen.
Die beiden Restaurants die sich im EG befinden und mit ihrem Lärm uns am schlafen hinderten . Wir erst nach dem die letzten Gäste gegangen waren ruhe hatten. Und auch Nachts durch randalierenede Jugendliche aufgeweckt wurden. Also nichts für jemand der einen ruhigen Urlaub wünscht um sich erholen zu...
