Great for family or group of friends. 2 furnished kitchens. One of them is outside the house, under a covered patio surrounding by trees and green. Both kitchens are Well furnished, (cooker with 4 rings, electric oven, fridge, dishwasher, toaster, microwave, boiler and coffe machine- moka). Enjoy your holidays dining outside. You
can also and spending time outdoors under the patio furnished with armchairs, tables and chairs. Oven (heated by wood) or rural barbeque. All this is immersed in the marvellous green with a stupendous panorama overlooking the hills and sea. Private swimming pool, just for you and your family, large solarium with umbrellas and sunbeds. Pool is open from April 1st till October 30th. Also a comfortable hot water shower by the pool to close the relaxing day at pool. Private Tennis court in sintetic grass basic rackets and balls are available at your disposal. Basket to play basketball and table tennis . Also free of charge soccer table. A new playground for kids in the pool's garden.

Laundry room with washer and iron. Inside the house 3 masterbedrooms with A/c, and 3 bathrooms with showers. Through a iron stairs there are 2 other bedrooms with shared bathroom and a big dining area with Fireplace,tv with3 big sofas.
The house is completely indipendent , the owner lives 30 minutes away, however a Gardner and the pool guy come twice a week. The owner is always happy to assist you for any questions or needs.

The main village is 2kms away, and offers lots of services such fruits and vegetables shops, baked, burbutcher , pizzerias, bars and great ice cream. Then bank and drugstore.
A great Bbq Restaurant just 500 meters away right in the country with a delicious biological meat.
Big supermarket 10 minutes by car. Beaches are 10/15 minutes away. Car is necessary, however a private taxi driver can take you anywhere with a extra charge.
We supply linen and towels for the week for each person in the booking. On request by reservation, extra towels and change with cleaning services with the extra charges.
It's also possible by reservation having cooking classroom and wine tasting. Costs and availability are subjected by changing.

Dogs are welcome but with an extra fee of 100 euros, they can stay outside but we kindly request to clean up where they get dirty.
They can't jump on the sofa or on the beds and they can't swim in the pool
