Villetta Silvana is located a few kilometres from the historic centre of Ostuni, in one of the town's residential areas. Located within a complex of 2 separate and independent villas, the small villa consists of a living area with an open plan kitchen and the possibility of a double sofa bed, a double bedroom and a bathroom with all amenities.
Guests also have air conditioning in the living area and in the service of the entire accommodation.
Outside there is a patio with a sun umbrella where guests can relax, equipped with deck chairs and a dining table. The cottage also has an outdoor area where you can park your car.
We also offer our guests authentic experiences to live in contact with the locals. If interested, contact us and we will be happy to help you create your perfect holiday discovering the beauty of Italy.
Ostuni, known to the world as the White City, is the pearl of the Itria Valley. Its historic centre, blindingly white and immense, culminates in the Cathedral that impetuously dominates the plain of olive trees, the coastal dune park and a crystal-clear sea. Characteristic are its alleyways, the Piazza della Libertà (30 metres away) and the column of St Oronzo that majestically protects the town.
Its countryside extends into the heart of the Valle d'Itria. A few kilometres away is Ceglie Messapica, a centre of tradition and enogastronomy, Cisternino, a village recognised as one of the most beautiful in Italy, Alberobello whose famous trulli have been a world heritage site since 1996. About 30 km to the north we find the Egnazia Archaeological Park, Monopoli and Polignano a Mare, ancient fishing villages with a charming historic centre and beautiful beaches. To the north (80 km) we find Bari, the gateway to the East, while moving south we first encounter the Torre Guaceto nature reserve, then Brindisi to reach Lecce, the capital of Baroque. Moving westwards there is Taranto, the heart of Magna Graecia and finally Matera, characteristic for its sassi and European capital of culture.
The nearest airports and ports are Brindisi (30 minutes) and Bari (60 minutes).
