In a dreamlike location between the Thuringian Forest and the Rhön, you will find the relaxation of a wellness holiday with the freedom and independence of a holiday home.

Here you can relax by the pool, in the sauna or in your own whirlpool or discover nature in the green heart of Germany. (border triangle of Thuringia, Bavaria and Hesse)

Your holiday home consists of a living room with a fully equipped kitchenette, a large flat-screen TV and an extendable dining table for the whole family. A cosy corner sofa completes the furnishings. There is also a bathroom with walk-in shower and hotel hairdryer, a bedroom with a French box-spring bed and a bedroom with a family bunk bed (120 cm at the bottom / 90 cm at the top). Both bedrooms have a spacious wardrobe and a flat-screen TV.

From the bedrooms and the living area, you have direct access to the veranda and the large, covered terrace with its own whirlpool. This is south-east facing and invites you to enjoy a hearty breakfast in the sunshine. Equipped with a lounge and sun lounger, it is suitable for year-round use. The usable area (incl. terrace) is 80 square metres.

Each room has dimmable SmartHome lighting and underfloor heating, which can be regulated separately (with cooling function in summer). The utility room houses the washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board (included in the price). In addition, there is a private, lockable bicycle garage for 3-4 bicycles, e-bikes or children's toys.

Adapted to the area, natural raw materials were used to build the holiday homes. The two holiday homes are made of slow-growing Nordic pine. The wood has the positive property of creating a warm, natural atmosphere, works and adapts to the season. The interior of the house has a natural wood look and the exterior is modern in slate/white.

The outdoor area has several highlights!
Between the holiday homes, you will find the panoramic sauna with relaxation area, as well as the 8 metre long heated pool with counter-current system (May to Oct.). Here you can swim endlessly, just like in the sea, with a marvellous view over the Werra Valley. There is also a table tennis table, a dartboard, a boules game and a playhouse for the little ones. The outdoor facilities can be used by both holiday homes.

* Arrival: from 3 pm / Departure until 10 am
* The use of the outdoor facilities (pool, sauna, table tennis table and playhouse) is for shared use and at your own risk.
* In order to maintain hygienic standards, we use chlorine and other chemicals to disinfect the pool water. If you are allergic to this, we advise against using it.
* Pets are not allowed in our holiday homes, as they are allergy-friendly.
