Here you can let your soul dangle by the pool, in the sauna, or in your private whirlpool, or you can explore nature in the green heart of Germany (the border triangle of Thuringia, Bavaria, and Hesse).
Your holiday home consists of a living room with a fully equipped kitchenette, a large flat-screen TV, and a pull-out dining table for the whole family.
A cozy corner sofa completes the amenities.
There is also a bathroom with a walk-in shower and hotel hairdryer, a bedroom with a French box-spring bed, and a bedroom with a family bunk bed (120 cm below/90 cm above). Both bedrooms have a spacious wardrobe and a flat-screen TV. From the bedrooms and the living area, you have direct access to the veranda, as well as the large, covered terrace with its own whirlpool.
It is oriented towards the southeast and invites you to enjoy a leisurely breakfast in the sunshine.
Equipped with a lounge area and a sun lounger, it is suitable for year-round use. The usable area (including the terrace) is 80 sqm. Each room features dimmable SmartHome lighting and underfloor heating, which can be individually controlled (with a cooling function in summer). In the utility room, you will find the washing machine, tumble dryer, iron, and ironing board (included in the price). Additionally, a private, lockable bicycle garage is available for 3-4 bicycles, e-bikes, or children's toys. In keeping with the region, natural raw materials were used for the construction of the holiday homes.
The two holiday homes are made of slow-growing Nordic pine.
The wood has the positive property of creating a warm, natural atmosphere, it expands and contracts with the seasons.
The interior of the house is designed with a natural wood look, while the exterior is modern in slate/white. The outdoor area impresses with several highlights! Between the holiday homes, you will find the panorama sauna with a relaxation area, and the 8-meter-long heated pool with a counter-current system (May to October). Here, you can swim endlessly, like in the sea, while enjoying a magnificent view over the Werra Valley.
For sporty activities, there is also a table tennis table, a dartboard, a boules game, and a playhouse for small children.
The outdoor facilities can be used by both holiday homes. NOTES: * Arrival: from 3 PM / Departure: by 10 AM * The use of the outdoor facilities (pool, sauna, table tennis table, and playhouse) is for shared use and at your own risk. * To maintain hygienic standards, we use chlorine and other chemicals to disinfect the pool water.
